What this service is

Wapsi provides general information about a published government procedure, and a tool that fills letter templates with details you type. It does not provide legal services, does not act for you, and does not communicate with any bank, police officer or authority on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

• Check every fact before you submit a letter. The statements in it are yours.
• Do not state anything untrue. Giving false information to a bank or the police is an offence.
• Do not use this site to prepare documents for someone else without their knowledge and consent.
• Do not present yourself to anyone as an agent, partner or representative of Wapsi.

Payment, if any

Any charge stated on this site is a flat fee for the preparation of documents. It is never a percentage of any amount released, and it is never a success fee. A fee is never payable to any individual; only through the payment option shown on this site. If someone asks you to pay Wapsi by UPI to a personal number, it is a fraud — report it.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, and content may be updated or removed as rules change.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
